Returns Policy for Long Feet Boutique

At Long Feet Boutique, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Please review our returns policy below for details on how to return your items.

Return Conditions

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for UK orders.
Items must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for orders from Europe and the rest of the world.
Please ensure the shoes are returned unworn, in a resalable condition in the box supplied. 
Do not mark the shoe box as this will invalidate the returns policy.  
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Service team at Refunds@longfeetboutique.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return:
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email.

Shipping Your Return:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. it is your responsibility to ensure that items in transit do not get lost so we recommend you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Return Confirmation:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.
You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
